August 16th is National Bratwurst Day and we love brats in Wisconsin! What better way to celebrate than to share with you some of our favorite bratwurst topping recipes and ways to cook them.
Johnsonville Brats shares easy, simple cooking directions for grilling, oven, or broiler. Do you have a favorite cooking variation? Share it in the comments below! Since my gas grill broke down this summer, we had to expand our cooking techniques for brats. I have found that the broiler is one of my favorites! The flavors are intense and the crispiness is on point. (Of course, a grill is still the fastest way to cook them.)
Don’t forget about cooking bratwursts on roller grills too–it’s a great for parties to keep your guests fed!
